FOURTH SEMESTER

INTAKE 2023/2024 | 2024/2025 – FOUR PATHS

PATH 1: CLIMATE CHANGE, SUSTAINABILITY, DEVELOPMENT / CAMBIO CLIMÁTICO, SUSTENTABILIDAD Y DESARROLLO (UNIVERSITY OF PADOVA AND UNIVERSIDAD ANDINA SIMÓN BOLÍVAR)

Internship (12 ECTS) and Thesis (18 ECTS) are jointly carried out under the responsibility of UNIPD (host university). The case study can also be outside the Country of the host University. The student can carry out only one internship from the 4th semester onwards, also in case of late graduation.

 

PATH 2: REGIONAL AND LOCAL STUDIES / ESTUDOS REGIONAIS E LOCAIS (UNIVERSITY OF PADOVA AND UNIVERSIDADE DA MADEIRA)

Internship and Thesis are jointly carried out for a total of 45 ECTS. Thesis and internship start in the third semester under the responsibility of either UMa or UNIPD. The case study can also be outside the Country of the host University. The student can carry out only one internship, also in case of late graduation.

 

PATH 3: TERRITORIAL MANAGEMENT / AMÉNAGEMENT DU TERRITOIRE (UNIVERSITY OF PADOVA AND UNIVERSITÉ JOSEPH KI ZERBO)

Internship (12 ECTS) and Thesis (18 ECTS) are jointly carried out under the responsibility of one of the 5 partner Universities, where the student is spending his/her 4th semester (host University). The case study can also be outside the Country of the host University. The student can carry out only one internship from the 4th semester onwards, also in case of late graduation.

 

PATH 4: ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT (UNIVERSITY OF PADOVA AND UNIVERSITY OF JOHANNESBURG)

Internship and Thesis are jointly carried out for a total of 30 ECTS. Thesis and internship start in the third semester under the responsibility of either UJ or UNIPD. The case study can also be outside the Country of the host University. The student can carry out only one internship, also in case of late graduation.
